All of our items are dispatched from the Mobile Jungle on the same day if ordered before 3pm. This means you should receive your new device the very next day. However should you order the item after 3pm, you will receive it the following day, as long as that day isn’t a Sunday or a Bank Holiday.
Our carrier is UPS and DHL. Once your phone has been quality checked and packed by our team, you’ll receive a reference number so you can track the order online. Please visit DHL Tracking or UPS Tracking to see the progress of your delivery.
At the moment we don’t have the facility to place an order over the telephone. You can use a credit or debit card to make a secure purchase on our website. Yes. If you’ve not yet received your item, get in touch with our customer service team on 0333 344 4585 or email@example.com and they will cancel your order for you. In the case that your order has already been dispatched you will need to await delivery of your phone and then return it to us. Once we have received your returned device we will refund the full value to you.

You have 14 days from when your phone is delivered to you to tell us if want to return it. In the unlikely case that your item becomes faulty in its warranty period, you can also return your item for a like-for-like replacement. We aim to process your refund or replacement within 24 hours of your returned device being received by us. Please allow up to five working days for any refund payments to clear into your account.
No, not if it’s faulty; we’ll cover the cost of the return postage for faulty items. If your item is not faulty, you will need to cost of return postage, and we always suggest that you use a tracked and insured service for this.

We offer a comprehensive 12 month warranty on all our devices. You can purchase an additional 12 months of warranty cover for £49.99 via our website at checkout.
The warranty covers hardware faults that aren’t caused by damage or misuse by the user. The warranty does not cover software, water damage, accidental damage or broken/smashed LCD. Accessories provided with a mobile phone or tablet purchase are also covered by the warranty.
The warranty cover starts from the date that the item was received by you.
In the unlikely event that your phone develops a fault within our warranty period, get in touch with our customer services team on 0333 344 4585 or firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be able to open a return case for you and arrange a replacement product.

All of our devices are subject to a rigorous 98-point quality control test at our state-of-the-art UK based facility, so you can purchase with 100% peace of mind that you’ll receive only the best quality products from us in the condition they are advertised. All of our devices are supplied as below without exception:
Unlocked and can be used internationally on any mobile network
Grade A: Pristine
These devices are as good as new. They have no visible marks on the screen or housing. They are in tip-top condition, ta-da!
Grade B: Excellent
These devices are in excellent condition. They may have micro scratches on the screen and/or housing which are only noticeable upon an extremely close inspection. They are a great value alternative to our Pristine devices.
Grade C: Good
These devices are in good condition; some might even say great. They may have light visible scratches on the screen and minor marks on the housing. Rest assured, these can be concealed with a case and any screen scratches will not be visible when the device is turned on.
Occasionally we won’t have the exact brand and model of phone you want in stock with us at Mobile Jungle HQ. If we don’t have the phone that you want in our inventory, our website will let you know. Should this happen, if you provide us with your email address as prompted we’ll send you a reminder once it becomes available.
All of our mobile phones come with a USB charging cable, plug unit, compatible bud-style headphones and SIM pin.
Yes. All of our devices are supplied SIM-free and unlocked, and will work on any network in the UK or overseas.
